The sleeping, toothy wonder

Caroline had an eventful few days on our vacation too. Here's what is new with her:

• She slept throught the night every night! I think she's really turned the corner on the whole sleep thing. She goes down without a binky and without a fight, every night. And she sleeps through until at least 5, usually 6 or 7am. It is wonderful and fantastic beyond words. I love sleep.


• She sprouted her first tooth! She was gnawing on my finger in the car and it hurt! I felt her mouth and there was a distinct ridge protruding through the gum. Her bottom right tooth. The left one will probably break through within the next week, too. She definitely wants to chew on everything in site and is drooling like mad. Luckily, it hasn't made her too fussy.
  
• She gets closer and closer to crawling every day. We can't keep this girl down. She keeps wandering far from her little play mat, so we've had to resort to laying down enormous blankets for her to roll and scootch all over.
