On Wednesday, my friend Saydi came over to take pictures of Caroline. She is a crazy talented photographer, and it was so nice of her to take Caroline's pictures, which we'll use in our birth announcement. Thursday, we took a girls trip to the mall, where granny spoiled Caroline rotten, buying her the cutest outfits ever! I got a bit worn out from all the walking around, but it was good for me. Also, her cord stump fell off on Thursday, revealing an adorable belly button!
Friday we went to a fancy crafts fair in Boston, where everyone oogled the little darling and couldn't believe we were out and about on day 10. Then we spent the evening watching basketball- we got her all decked out in Badger gear. Alas, even her support couldn't get them the win tonight. But Stanford is out too, so we'll all mope together.
Sleep has been going better and better- she seems to be able to tell night from day now. She continues to eat well and grow. She's also taken to peeing in the middle of her diaper changes, which is a bit messy, but makes me thankful that she's a girl!
