Pumpkin picking

My mom came to town this week for a visit, which has been great. Except that it has been totally freezing (30-40s, and snowing one day!) and Caroline got sick, followed by me, my mom, and Mike. We tried to avoid Mike's parents, since they were about to leave for a 3 week trip through Vietnam and didn't need to get sick.

Anyways, the first weekend she was here, we went out to a pumpkin farm/ fall festival, which was great fun. There was a petting zoo, puppet shows, and a corn maze we never made it to. It would only have been more fun if I weren't sick and everyone else wasn't freezing and cranky.
