Halloween fun, part one

We went to the Halloween celebration at the zoo this weekend. They had trick-or-treat, but the line was so long, that we just walked around, looked at animals, went on the carousel, and watched some live kids music. Then we went over to our friend Katie's house for a little party, which was fun too. It was a gorgeous fall day and we really enjoyed the leaves!

We also had a halloween themed playgroup this week, which was loads of fun. The kids were all so adorable!Caroline, really getting into her "doggie" role...

We have much more Halloween fun to come... dress up day at the YMCA childwatch, a party at the Childrens Museum, trick-or-treat on State Street, and two parties on Halloween day- one in the morning with my other playgroup and one at our friends Kris and Tracy's place near Milwaukee. Should be great fun. Luckily, Caroline really seems to like her costume. She runs around going "woof woof" all the time!
