Oma Visits!

What a fun week we had with Oma! My favorite day was at the spa with mom and Jane. Oh, it was sheer heaven- hot stone massage, lounging by the pool, swimming and hot-tubbing, eating lunch in the sun, outlet shopping, and then a boat ride with the whole clan when we got home. We had another fun mother-daughter, no children day where we ran around madison- got pedicures, went to the mustard museum, strolled through the shops on State St, and did even more shopping!

There was lots of fun with the children too- Oma took Caroline out for some fun adventures, including the children's museum, we all made popsicles and cupcakes, we went on boat rides and had fun family dinners with Mike's parents every night.

Of course Oma spoiled all of us rotten. We especially liked that she took over morning duty so Mike and I could sleep in past 6am, and Caroline had fun snuggling with her and playing with her iPad, which she loves almost as much as Oma :) I'm sure the twins miss her too- they're just too little to say so themselves.

Thanks for everything, Mom! We miss you already! But we'll be glad to see you in California soon!
