On Saturday, we spent the morning at Mike's parents house. Mike's brothers came down and Caroline had a blast with her cousins all weekend. In the afternoon, Mike's dad took us downtown by boat and dropped us off to meet up with our friends Kris and Tracy for the first Wisconsin football game. Mike got season tickets, so there will be many more (though this may be my only one). We had so much fun walking around before and during the game- I've never seen such school spirit! We got to stay out late while Caroline stayed with her grandparents. I have to say, it is really strange for me to be out at night now. I'm just not used to it and it feels really foreign.
Sunday there was lots of waterskiing and tubing and general fun in the sun. The triplets (well, two of them at least) came over with their dad, and we all had a big lunch and an afternoon boatride. We finished off the evening watching the amazing full moon over the lake with a roaring campfire. Awesome.
Monday was a bit more mellow. All of Mike's brothers took off, then Mike and I took a kayak ride while Caroline napped, and then we went on a walk with his parents. After we got home, we walked over to friends' Anna and Langdon's for dinner.
Such a great end of summer! Here are the pics from our new camera (thanks mom!)
Caroline playing in the laundry basket. She's better at taking it out than putting it back in...
Weekend fun at the lake... hammock time!

Caroline's only tube rides are on land.

That's so cute! When Caroline's cousin dumps out the cars it looks like she's going to be responsible (anal?) and try to put them all back in the bucket. But then she dumps them out herself!
